Abstract： This paper expounds the importance of constructing food additive quality and safety traceability system based on the supply chain， analyzes the problems faced by constructing food additive quality and safety traceability system based on the supply chain， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures， aiming to build a comprehensive and effective traceability system， improve the quality and safety management level of food additives， protect the rights and interests of consumers， and promote the healthy development of the food industry.
