黄酒浸米浆水回收利用技术研究进展
摘 要:随着国家大力推广节能减排循环利用技术,米浆水作为黄酒浸米的副产物,其回收利用的研究逐渐被重视。本文论述了黄酒浸米浆水的传统处理方式以及回收利用途径,包括回收用于浸米、酿酒、制曲以及发酵其他产物。浸米浆水循环回用不仅能够减少废水排放,避免污染环境,也是黄酒产业可持续发展的需要。

Abstract: With the national promotion of energy saving and emission reduction recycling technology, the research on the recycling of rice milk water as a by-product of rice soaking in Huangjiu has gradually been paid attention to. This paper discusses the traditional treatment methods and recycling ways of of rice milk water soaked in Huangjiu, including recycling for rice soaking, brewing, koji making and fermentation of other products. The recycling of rice milk water can not only reduce wastewater discharge and avoid environmental pollution, but also meet the needs of sustainable development of Huangjiu industry.
