广东省经营及使用环节食品相关产品质量安全状况调研

摘 要：本研究选取广东省内27家食品相关产品的生产、销售、使用单位作为调研对象，了解广东省食品相关产品经营及使用环节的质量安全状况，分析经营和使用过程中存在的风险和食品安全隐患，针对性提出管理措施，规范经营行为，提升广东省食品相关产品质量安全水平。

Abstract： The study selected 27 production， sales and use units of food-related products in Guangdong province as research objects to explore the quality and safety status of food-related products in the management and use links， analyze the risks and food safety hazards in the operation and use process， propose targeted management measures， standardize business behaviors， and improve the quality and safety level of food-related products in Guangdong province.

2022年10月8日，市场监督管理总局颁布《食品相关产品质量安全监督管理暂行办法》，要求生产者实现食品相关产品质量安全追溯，保证从原辅料和添加剂采购到产品销售所有环节均可进行有效控制，并及时排查生产过程中存在的安全风险隐患，明确要求了食品相关产品的标签标识应包含食品相关产品名称、生产者名称、地址、联系方式、生产日期和保质期（适用时）、注意事项或警示信息等内容，还应在显著位置标注“食品接触用”“食品包装用”等用语或标志。（剩余4778字）
