摘 要：我国食品安全问题屡屡发生，严重影响了人们的身体健康和经济发展，加强食品安全管理监督，保障饮食安全，促进经济健康发展具有重要意义。本文探讨食品安全管理监督对经济创新发展的影响，分析其在食品产业、消费者信心和企业创新方面的作用和意义，并提出我国食品安全管理监督存在的问题及对策建议。

Abstract： Food safety problems occur repeatedly in China， seriously affecting people’s health and economic development， strengthening food safety management and supervision， guaranteeing diet safety， promoting healthy economic development is of great significance. This article explores the impact of food safety management supervision on economic innovation and development， analyzes its role and significance in the food industry， consumer confidence， and enterprise innovation， and proposes problems and countermeasures for food safety management supervision in China.
