摘 要：随着全球化进程的不断推进，食品供应链变得更加复杂。食品往往要经过多个环节才能到达消费者手中，这增加了食品安全风险。食品安全是保障人们的身体健康和生命安全的前提，而食品检测技术是实现食品安全的重要工具，本文详细讨论了食品检测分析技术在食品安全中的应用。

Abstract： As globalization continues， the food supply chain has become more complex. Food often has to go through multiple stages before reaching consumers， which increases the risk of food safety. Food safety is a prerequisite for ensuring people's physical health and life safety， and food testing technology is an important tool for realizing food safety. This paper discusses in detail the application of food testing and analysis technology in food safety.
