大学生对味精安全性认知情况调查研究

摘 要：本文通过问卷调查的形式，以洛阳师范学院大学生为调查对象，了解大学生对味精安全性的认知情况。调查结果显示大学生对味精还存在很多错误的认识，因此需要加强味精知识的宣传力度，引导大学生正确理解味精与食品安全之间的关系。

Abstract： This article uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the cognitive status of college students on the safety of monosodium glutamate in Luoyang Normal University. The survey results show that college students still have many misconceptions about monosodium glutamate， so it is necessary to strengthen the promotion of monosodium glutamate knowledge and guide college students to correctly understand the relationship between monosodium glutamate and food safety.
