2019—2022年张家川回族自治县食品安全监督抽检情况分析

摘 要：本文深度探究了2019—2022年张家川回族自治县食品安全监督抽检情况。经过统计2019—2022年食品安全监督抽检数据，合格率基本呈逐年上升趋势，食品安全形势总体向好。其中，餐饮具合格率最低，部分产品存在品质问题。通过抽检，可以促使食品行业健康规范发展，引导公众科学理性的消费。

Abstract： This study deeply explores the sampling situation of food safety supervision in Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County from 2019 to 2022. After statistical analysis of food safety supervision and sampling data from 2019 to 2022， the qualification rate has shown a basic upward trend year by year， and the overall food safety situation is improving. Among them， the qualification rate of catering utensils is the lowest， and some products have quality issues. Through sampling inspection， it can promote the healthy and standardized development of the food industry， and also guide the public scientific and rational consumption.
