Abstract: As a common ingredient on people’s dinner table, it is crucial to ensure the quality and safety of pork. The production quality of pork is affected by many factors such as feed, veterinary drugs and epidemics, so appropriate measures should be taken to ensure the quality and safety of pork. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of pork production and discusses the production strategies for safe pork.
