Application of Ion Chromatography in Determination of Common Anions in Water under the Background of Precipitation Transformation and Recycling

Abstract Arsenic was a harmful element to human body. Anions such as arsenate and arsenite often exist in surface water, groundwater, lake sediments and soil farmland, bringing hidden dangers to human health and safety. How to prevent and control arsenic pollution stably and efficiently had always been a concern of scholars. Select the model ICS 90-A ion chromatograph as the research object, using 2 mmol NaOH + 2 mmol Na2CO3 as the mobile phase, 30.00% hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, and determine the common anions such as arsenite and arsenite. According to the determination, the recovery rate of sample spike is 92.00%~107.20%, and the detection limit of the method was 0.0542 mg/L-1. This method has good linearity and can provide a theoretical basis for the determination of arsenic in water in the future.
