Research on Control Techniques and Strategies of Monochamus alternatus

Abstract Monochamus alternatus is a pest that harms pine trees， occurring in some pine forests in Xintai City， leading to the decline or even death of pine trees， posing a threat to pine forest resources and ecological environment. Taking the occurrence， monitoring， and prevention of the Monochamus alternatus in Xintai City as an example， elaborated on the harm of  Monochamus alternatus to pine trees and its distribution and impact in Xintai City. Introduced technologies such as biological and chemical control， and proposed strategies to strengthen the monitoring of diseases and pests， comprehensively apply monitoring and early warning systems， etc. Provided theoretical basis and practical experience for the prevention and control of Monochamus alternatus in Xintai City and other regions， and is of great significance for protecting pine tree resources and maintaining ecological balance.
