Research on the Construction and Management of Water Conservancy Projects in Rural Areas

Abstract The construction of water conservancy projects in rural areas has the characteristics of craftsmanship， economy， and service， providing an important role for agricultural production and achieving sustainable development goals. However， there are still many shortcomings in the actual construction and management of water conservancy projects in rural areas. The management of rural water conservancy projects in many areas was just a formality， which made it difficult for rural water conservancy projects to play a role in actual operation. This paper expounded the management characteristics of water conservancy projects in rural areas， the actual situation in the process of construction and management of water conservancy projects in rural areas of Neijiang City， put forward the existing problems， and analyzed the measures to strengthen the construction and management of rural water conservancy projects for reference.
