Eco-compensation Reform in Liupanshan， Guyuan

Abstract In order to implement the development concept of “green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as gold and silver”， an on-site inspection was conducted on the forest ecology of the Liupanshan area in Guyuan. Reference was made to the “14th Five Year Plan for Ecological Environment Protection in Guyuan City”， “Ecological Protection and Restoration Plan for Key Ecological Function Zones （Guyuan Area） in Liupanshan （2021～2025）”， and relevant scholars’ literature. The study focused on the practice of forest ecological compensation reform in Liupanshan of Guyuan City， and some suggestions were put forward for the current status and management system innovation of ecological compensation mechanisms.

摘要 为了践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念，现场考察了固原六盘山地区森林生态，参考了《固原市生态环境保护“十四五”规划》《六盘山重点生态功能区（固原片区）生态保护和修复规划（2021—2025年）》以及相关学者的论著文献，研究固原六盘山森林生态补偿改革实践，对生态补偿机制的现状及管理体制创新提出一些建议。（剩余6002字）
