矩形孔的菲涅尔衍射和夫琅禾费衍射仿真研究

摘 要:在基尔霍夫衍射公式基础上推导出一般矩形孔的菲涅尔衍射和夫琅禾费衍射的光强分布,模拟出它们的衍射图样。研究表明,随着z的逐步增大,矩形孔、正方形孔及狭缝的衍射特征均从菲涅尔衍射逐步演变成夫琅禾费衍射,加深了对矩形孔衍射规律的理解,也为教学研究和实验研究提供理论支撑。

Abstract:Based on the Kirchhoff diffraction formula,the intensity distributions of Fresnel diffraction and Fraunhofer diffraction for general rectangular holes are derived,and then their diffraction patterns are simulated.It has been shown that the diffraction characteristics of rectangular holes,square holes,and slits gradually evolve from Fresnel diffraction to Fraunhofer diffraction with z gradually increasing.This deepens the understanding of the diffraction laws of rectangular holes and provides theoretical supports for teaching and experimental research.
