AbstractAs an importantcourse thatruns through students'entire universitycarer，ideologicaland political education plays a crucial role in enhancing students' ideological and political awarenessand promoting their comprehensive development.Integrating ideological and political education into student management can fully leverage the educational functionof ideologicaland politicaleducation，promote the improvementof students'ideological and moral levels，and cultivateelf-managementawareness.However，intheprocesofintegratingideologicalandpoliticaleducationintostudent management work，someuniversities stillneed to further improve their management methods，managementconcepts，and management platformconstruction.To this end，universities shouldclarifytheinherentconnectionbetween ideologicaland politicaleducationandstudentmanagement work，update theconceptofstudent management work，optimizetheconstruction ofonline platforms forstudentmanagement，enrichthe methodsofstudentmanagement work，optimizetheenvironmentfor student management work， and enhance the effectiveness of university student management work.
