AbstractIndoctor-patientcommunication,oralexpressonisakeycarrerofinformation.Itsignificantlyreduces the risk of misunderstandings,enhances patient compliance with treatment, and becomes a key link in reducing medical disputes by accurately conveying diagnosis and treatment information,establishing emotional trust,and adapting to diverse cultures.In current medical education,the oral training system has shortcomings such as scattered courses and disconected practices,which restrict the integration of humanisticcareand precise diagnosis and treatment.The article proposes to reconstruct the curriculum framework,introduce standardized patient and AI technology to simulate highpressure scenarios,strengthenstrategiessuchasdynamicfedbackandherarchicalassessment,iordertocultivatesudents' dualcoreabilitiesof "technologympathy".Inthefuture,intellgenttools willadvance theeducationofoalcommunication between doctors and patients towards personalization andscenario based approaches,providing a scientific path for building harmonious doctor-patient relationships and supporting innovation in global medical humanities practices.
