Practice on the Construction of "Golden Courses" for Catering Service and Management in Secondary Vocational Education under the Background of Vocational College Entrance Examination

AbstractCatering Service and Management is a course with strong integration of theory and practice. However, traditional teaching has problems such as outdated teaching content,single teaching evaluation,and insuffcient teaching ffctiveness,whichcanno longer meetthe needsof vocational educationandcollege entrance examination to focus oncultivating the "culturalquality+vocationalskils"ofvocational schoolstudents.Thearticleexplores theconstruction ofa mixed online and ofline "golden course" for catering services and management based on the design concepts of" genderequality"and "student-centered,scientificoveralldesign,and "process oriented+resultoriented+value-added" evaluation system, in order to improve the quality of course teaching and achieve educational goals.
