Innovation and Practice of the Psychological Education System of "Five Educations Simultaneously" in Colleges and Universities

AbstractCollege students usuall face problems such as academic pressure,employment anxiety, interpersonal relationshiptroubles,andself-identitycrises.Coupled withinformation overload inthedigitalage and thepsychological burden broughtby social media,the psychological education work in coleges and universities has become increasingly complicated. Based on the synergistic efect of "Five Educations Simultaneously" and psychological education, a psychological education strategy with five dimensions, namely "Moral Education Nurturing the Mind, Intelectual Education Enlightening theMind,PhysicalEducation Strengthening theMind,AestheticEducationNourishingthe Mind,and Labor Education Building the Mind",canbe constructed.This strategyaims to comprehensivelyimprove students' psychological qualities,enabling them to have stronger psychological adaptability and competitiveness in academics,life,andcarer development,soas tocultivate high-quality talents with healthy psychology,inovative spirit,and social responsibility.
