AbstractThe implementation of the vocational college enrollment expansion policy diversifies the student source structure. Students vary in social roles,cultural bases,learning motivations,and study time,leading todiverse learning neds.This paper explores teaching strategy adaptation paths based on student source characteristics and proposes targetedstrategies.Thesecaneffectivelyhandlestudentsourcediffrences,improve teachingeffectivenes,andbenefit vocational education teaching reform.
