AbstractThetraditionalqualityassurance methods thatrelymainlyonextemalconstraints urgently needtobetransformed intothe constructionofahigher education qualityculture thatstimulates the intemalmotivation ofuniversityteachers.To enhance the psychological identificationofuniversityteachers withqualityculture,itis necessarytoclarifytheconotation ofqualitycultureand itsconstruction to promotecognitive identification; Satisfy teachers'intemal and emotional neds, stimulate educationalsentiment,andenanceemotionalidentification; Interalizetheculturalvaluesofqualityinto teachers' value pursuitsand behavioral noms toenhance their willrecognition. Under the guidanceofculture,teachers'pursuitof excellence in talent cultivation quality will become more stable and sustainable.
