AbstractThe deepening promotionofthenew curriculum standards,new textbooks,and new clasrooms ("three new") has put forwarda demand for adaptive refom of the curiculum system of vocational primaryeducation majors in ethnic minority areas.In response tothe problems of disconnection betweencurriculum objectives and core competencies, weak connection between practical teaching and regional basic education,this study takes Aba Vocational Collge as an example toconstructthe "1344"curriculumsystem: withthe "literacy+skils"dualobjectives as thecore,integrating the "three new"oriented curriculum module,innovating the "four level"ability advancement system,and relying onthe "GCSS four linkage" mechanism (government policy guidance, vocational college currculum implementation, primary school practice feedback,socialresource support) topromote reform.Practice hasshown thatthis modelsignificantly strengthens theabilityto transform teacher educationstandards,teach ethnicculture,and implement information-based classrooms,providing a paradigm for primary school teacher training in western ethnic regions and highlighting the practical value of vocational education in serving regional development.
