AbstractAs an important componentofChina's higher education system, Open Universitycarres the misionofbuilding alifelong leaming society.Ithe process ofransformation, itfces anurgentneedtooptimizete developmentpathofyoung teachers.Thearticleelaborates on the main problems inthedevelopmentofyoung teachersduringthe transformationprocess ofopen universities,including insuffcient integrationofteacherskils and teachingabilities,inadequate constructionof the teacher team,and unreasonable teamstructure.It explores thepathto promote the optimizationofyoung teacherdevelopment and proposes correspondingstrategies fromthe aspects ofoptimizing top-level design,constructing development modelpath, integrating development resources,and improving construction mechanism,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the professional growth of young teachers in open universities.
