Optimization Strategies for Vocational College Teacher Training System from the Perspective of the New Vocational Education Law

Taking Hubei Province as an Example

AbstractThe article takes Hubei Province as an example to outline the development of vocational college teacher quality improvement plans,and analyzes the problems of uneven distributionof resources,disconnection between contentanddemand,lowwillngnessofteachers toparticipate,andunevendevelopmentoftraining basesinthecurrent training system. On this basis,the article proposes five optimization strategies: building a four level linkage training system,promoting the integration of professionalism,professonalism,and teacher education,optimizing demandoriented training content design,innovating digital and inteligent training models,and improving post training evaluation and value-added feedback mechanisms. At the same time, it is proposed to strengthen the construction of training bases,including building a diverse and symbiotic training system,enhancing the innovation capability of the bases,and improving the guarantee mechanism and system.
