Construction and Practice of College Employment and Education System from the Perspective of Sustainable Career Development

AbstractThe introduction of a sustainable career perspective can provide a transformative entry point for the employment and education work in universities，and promote the construction and practice of the employment and education system by focusing on students'long-term career development and comprehensive qualitycultivation. On the basis ofclarifying the operational mechanism of the employment and education system in universities，this study proposes relevant ideas for constructing a university employment and education system from five dimensions： curiculum system，practicesystem，faculty system，service system，and evaluation system.It also elaborates on practical strategies indetail.The research results can provide theoretical and practicalreferences foruniversities to cultivate high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.
