AbstractWith the rapid development of global economic integration and digital economy,cross-border e-commerce has become an important engine to promote economic development.Therefore,cultivating and delivering talents with high-levelprofessonal ethicshas become animportanttask for vocationalcolleges.Thearticleexplores theconotation, importance，and problems ofcultivating the profesional ethics of students majoring in cross-border e-commerce in vocational coleges. It proposes measures such as strengthening curriculum construction,enhancing teaching staf,and integrating socialresources toenhancestudents'professional ethicsand promote theoptimizationandimprovementof the vocational ethics education system for cross-border e-commerce majors in vocational colleges.
