Research on the Index System of the PSR Model for the Fine Management of Employment Guidance in Colleges and Universities

AbstractThe fine management of employment guidance incolegesand universities is an important partof the talent cultivationsystemincollegesand universities,and itisanew trend inthedevelopmentofemployment guidance servicesinrecent years.Aimingatthelimitations ofthe traditional employment guidance mode,this paperconstructs an index system for the fine management ofemployment guidance in coleges and universities based on the PSR (Pressure-State-Response)model.By sorting out theliteratureof the past ten years,summarizing theexisting index system,andusingtheAnalyticHierarchyProcess,expert evaluationmethod,andstatisticalanalysismethodtosreen outthe core indicators,anevaluation system for the fine management of employment guidance in colleges and universities is formed.Theresearch results can provide theoretical support and practical reference forcoleges and universities to acurately optimizeemployment guidanceservices and improve theemploymentqualityof graduates.
