Optimization of the Teaching System of the Course "Automobile Body Structure and Crash Safety"

AbstractWith the continuous development of modern traffic safety technology,the crash safety performance of automobiles has become one of the important criteria for evaluating vehicle safety.As an important course in the automotive engineering major, thecourse "Automobile Body Structureand Crash Safety" undertakes the important task ofcultivating students'automotive safety technology literacyandenablingthem to masterthe abilitiesofbody structure design and crash safety analysis. This paper aims at the current teaching situation of the course "Automobile Body Structure and CrashSafety"incolegesanduniversities,analyzes theexisting problems,and puts forwardsuggestions foroptimizing the teaching systemofthis course in combination with modern educationalconcepts and technological development.Through optimization measures such as deepening thecourse content, innovating teaching methods,and improving the experimental platform,the teaching qualitycan be improved,and automotive enginering talents with more innovative thinking and practical abilities can be cultivated.
