The Path of Teaching Reform in Preschool Education Major from the Perspective of "Post - Course - Competition - Certificate"

AbstractTo improve the teachingqualityofthe preschool education major,this article starts from the "Post - Course - Competition- Certificate" model tostudytheteachingreformofthepreschooleducation major.Firstly,thearticle introduces thecharacteristicsofthe"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"modelandanalyzesitsdifferences fromthetraditional preschooleducationmodel.Then,fromdiferentperspectives,itanalyzestherequirementsputforwardbythe"Post-Course -Competition-Certificate"modelfortheteachingreformofthepreschooleducationmajor.Finally,combinedwiththeactual neds of the preschool educationmajor,it proposes the teaching reform path of determining courses according to posts, promoting learning through competitions,and integrating courses with certificates.By clarifying job requirements, incorporating competitioncontent,andstrengthening theassessmentofprofessionalcertificates,thecomprehensivequality andemploymentcompetitivenesofpreschooleducationmajorscanbeeffctivelyimproved,aimingtohelpthehigquality development of preschool education professional education.
