AbstractBased onthe triplehelix theoryandcrossbordercooperation theory,thisarticle analyzes thecurrent operationstatus ofthe practicalsystemofteacher enterprises in vocationalcolleges,andcombines the existing practical problems and their causes to link theory with practice,striving to construct a smoth operation of teacher enterprise practical countermeasures.Inthis regard,the article proposes measures such as strengthening the constructionofa community of shared interests between the government,schools,and enterprises,deepening the integrationofindustry and education intheecosystem,jointlybuilding practical platforms,and innovating assessmentand evaluationsystems, inordertogivenewconnotations tovocationaleducationundergraduate"dualteacher"teachers,guidethedevelopment ofteacherenterprise practicesystems indepth,andprovideacertaintheoreticalbasis forthe developmentofvocational college teacher practice systems.
