Exploration of Career Planning Education in Higher Education Institutions Based on the Perspective of "All-staff, Whole-process and All-round Education"

AbstractThe current employment situation forcolege graduates is becoming increasingly severe,and howto promote high-qualityand full employment for collge graduates has become a widely concemed hottopic in society.With the proposal ofthe"all-around education" concept, themodel ofeducating allstaf,the whole process,andallaspects has become a new educational concept and methodology in universities. It has profound significance for deepening the education ofcolege students'career planning and promoting high-quality and fullemployment for college graduates. The articleanalyzes thecurrntsituationofcaree planning education inuniversitiesandits compatibilitywiththeconceptof "all-round education",and proposes anoptimizationpath forcareer planning education,aiming topromote thepractical implementation ofthe "al-around education" concept in university career planning education and provide reference for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities.
