Research on Archives Management in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Digital Transformation

AbstractWith thecontinuous advancementofthereform ofthe higher education system，the management ofuniversity archives is facing more newrequirements.Inthe context of digital transformation，vocational colegesshould strengthen archivemanagement，fullyutilizetheadvantagesofdigitaltechnology，andenancearchiveinformatizationconstruction. Based on this，the article analyzes the significance ofarchive management in vocationalcollges from the perspective of digital ransformation，and proposes eectivestrategies forarchivemanagementinvocationalcolleges，inorder toprovide som referenceand inspirationforpromoting the digital transformationofarchive managementinvocationalcoleges，and thus promotingthestandardization，nomalization，andsientificizationofarchivemanagementinvocationalcolegesin China， and improving the level of archive management in vocational colleges in China.
