AbstractUnderthebackgroundofvocationaleducationreform，the"1+X"certificatesystemisofgreatsignificancetothe developmentof thehigher vocationalrehabilitationtreatmenttechnologymajor.Thispaperconductsastudybasedonthe promotingefectoftissystemonprofessionaleducationinnovationanalyzesitsinfluences inaspetssuchaseshapingthe curiculumsystemframework，promotingthetransformationofteaching methods，stimulatingtheimprovementofteachers' abilitiesanddepeing theschool-enterprisecooperationmodel.Furthermore，strategiesforoptimzingtalentcultivationare proposed，includingrefiningcurrculumcontentbyaligningwithcertificatestandards，innovatingteachingmethods by refeing tocertificaterequirements，enhancingteachers'abilitiesaccordingtocertfcaterientations，andexpandinghoolenterprisecooperationbycombining withcertificategoals.Theaimis toimprove thetalentcultivationqualityofthehigher Vocational rehabilitation treatment technology major to meet the needs of industry development.
