AbstractUniversities are important educational platforms forcultivatingqualified builders and reliable sucessors of thesocialist cause with Chinese characteristics. Colege student cadres are reliable assistants between schools and students，playing an important role as bridges and links.Integrity education for college student cadres isan inevitable requirement for practicing the socialist core values，an important measure to promote the healthy growth of college student cadres，and an urgent need to strengthen the construction ofanti-corruption and integrity systems in collges anduniversities.Thearticledeeplyanalyzes thereasons thatafectthe effectivenessofintegrityeducation forcollege student cadres，and proposes measures from four aspects： strengthening the sense of responsibility of student organizations，improvingthe guidance ability of management units， enhancing the integrity literacy of studentcadres， andimproving the management mechanismofstudent cadres，to promote the improvementofthe quality and effciency of integrity education for college student cadres.
