AbstractOnthe basis ofensuredsubsidizededucation,development-oriented subsidizededucationpays moreatentionto students'growthprocessand spiritualneeds.Basedonthetwo-factortheoryandthehierarchyofneeds theory,this papertakes the development-orientedsubsidized education asthe guideanddigsdeep into the practicalneedsofstudents with economic difficulties.Combined withthe stage lawof students'development,this paper innovatively puts forward the working mechanismof"one-center,thre-orderandfive-coordinationforthedevelopment-orientedsubsidizededucation.Thispaper divides thedemanddevelopmentof students witheconomic diffculties into three stages.Combining curriculum education, practicaleducation,culturaleducationnetwork educationandpsychologicaleducation,withthecoreofmoraleducation,this working mechanism contributes to helping students with economic dificulties growupand become talents. Onthebasis of reflecting onthetraditional modeofsubsidized education,the mechanismof"one-center,thre-stageandfive-coordiation" inovates in methods and thinking,and comprehensivelyexplores the deep-seated neds of the healthy development of students with economic difficulties.
