AbstractCurrently，theemploymentsituationforundergraduates in "DoubleFirst-Classuniversitiesissevere.Some universities have problems such as a lack of pertinence and personalization in their employment guidance. Improving the precision ofemployment work has become an effective countermeasure to addressthese isues.Based on the survey and practicalanalysis of the SchoolofComputerScience in H University，this paper elaborately explores the precise employment guidance strategies forundergraduates in "Double First-Class"universities： Firstly，carry outcarer planning guidance oriented by career positioning，combining the explanation of theories with tools，guidance with planing， the current situation with job hunting，and case studies with practical operations.Secondly，construct a preciseasistance systemguidedbycontentneeds，establishathree-levelresource support network of"platform-college-tutor"，and provide employment guidance that is both universal and personalized for students of the "threecategories and six groups".
