新文科视角下高校教师教学质量评价体系的优化研究

摘要新文科建设是国家教育战略之一,在此背景下,高校须与时俱进,在传统思维模式的基础上进行革新。文章基于新文科视角,对当前高校教师教学质量评价体系所存在的问题进行深入分析,并提出了行之有效的优化策略,本研究旨在完善高校教师教学质量评价体系,促进教师教学水平的提高。

Optimization of the Teaching Quality Evaluation System for University Teachers from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts

AbstractThe construction of new humanities is one of the national education strategies. In this context, universities must keep up with the times and innovate on the basis of traditional thinking models. Based on the perspective of the new liberal arts, the article conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems in the current evaluation system of teaching quality for university teachers and proposes effective optimization strategies. The aim of this study is to improve the evaluation system of teaching quality for university teachers and promote the improvement of their teaching level.
