国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队建设水平评价研究综述
摘要文章基于职教创新团队的基本内涵,评价指标设定与选取原则,全国职业院校教师教学创新团队建设方案中的建设目标和任务,文献检索国内职教创新团队建设评价研究进展,梳理出5个一级指标和12个二级指标组成的评价指标体系雏形,最后对职教创新团队建设水平评价研究工作做出总结和展望。关键词职业教育;创新团队;评价指标

Review on the Evaluation of the Construction Level of Teaching Innovation Teamof National Vocational Education 'Teachers

Abstract Based on the basic connotation of vocational education innovation team, the setting and selection principles of evaluation indicators, the construction objectives and tasks in the construction scheme of teachers' teaching innovation team in national vocational colleges, the paper sorts out 5 primary indicators and 12 secondary indicators on the research progress of domestic vocational education innovation team construction evaluation by using the literature research method. Finally, it summarizes and prospects the research work of the evaluation of the construction level of vocational education innovation team.
