地方本科高校青年教师教学能力提升策略

摘要地方本科高校的人才培养能力影响地方经济的发展，而地方本科高校的发展与青年教师紧密联系。文章论述了地方高校青年教师在教育教学方面遇到的问题和挑战，并提出了青年教师提高教学能力的方法。

Research on the Development of Teachers'Teaching Ability inLocal Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

Abstract  Teaching ability is the main embodiment of teachers' professional ability， which will affect the teaching quality of higher education. This paper discusses the composition of teaching ability of local college teachers， the difficulties encountered by local college teachers in education and teaching， and puts forward the strategies to improve teaching ability.
