Research on the service effectiveness of selenium-themed conferences and the path for high-quality development of the selenium-rich industry driven by new-quality productive forces

Abstract：Basedonacomparativeanalysisofthenewtrendsandserviceefectivenessobservedat three majorconferencestheFirst National ScienceandTechnologyAnnualConferenceonSelenium-RichIndustries，the7th Enriched SeleniumAgricultural DevelopmentConferenceandthe2O24EnrichedSeleniumAgriculturalProducts Expo，andtheNinthWorldSeleniumCapital（Enshi）SeleniumProductExpoand TradeFair—fivekeychalengesinleveraging new-qualityproductiveforces todrivehigh-qualitydevelopment oftheselenium-rchindustrywereexamedintissudyisuicietpolicysupport，shorageoftechnialtalent，absenceofqality monitoringstandards，lackofdistictieregionalcharacteristics，andlaggingindustrialsyergy.Toaddressteseissu，fivepacticalpathwayswereproposed：Strengtheningpolicysupporttoguidesteadyindustrialdevelopment；buildingahighlandforsientific andtechnologicaltalentopromotetheugradingoftheselenuichidustryimprovingqualitystandardstoconsolidateefoundationoftheselenum-richindustry；ntegatingregioalculturetoreatedistinctivebrandedindustries；coordinatingrsousacoss primary， secondary，and tertiary sectors to enhance synergistic development eficiency.
