Abstract：TakingChanguan Cityastheresearchobject，theaccesibilityandequalizationlevelofruralpublicservicefacilitiswere measuredbyusing methodssuchasthetwo-stepmobilesearchmethod，multi-riteriadecision-making method，Lorenzcurve，nd Ginicoefcient，combiedwithGSspatialanalysisechology.Theresultsshowedthattheaccesibilityofublicservicefilisin Changyuan Citypresetedadistributionpatenwithtrongeraccesibilityinthewestandweakerintheast，ndtheequalzationdegreewaslow.Iwassignificantlyectedbygeogapical，conomic，transportationandoterfactors，speciallyinteYellwiver beacharea intheast.Basedothis，strategiesforoptimizingthespatiallayoutofvilagesandtownswereproposed，ncludingoptimizingthefacilitylayout，improvingtraficconditions，increasinginvestmentinweak areas，andguding populationagloration.
