Abstract：Theaplicationofthree-linehybridwaxysorghuminproductionhadbeenconstrainedbythescarcityofelitewaxymaintainer germplasm resources.To rapidly create waxy sorghum maintainer germplasm resources，the F2 segregating population and F2：3 family populationwereconstructedbyusing Aijiaonuoasthealeparentand maintainerline TX623Basthefemaleparent.Theinheritance of sorghumquantitative traitssuchas plant heightandstem diameter wasanalyzedbyusing the majorgene+polygene mixed model. Theresultsshowedthattheplantheightwascontroledbytwopairsof majorgenes，andtheheritabilitywashigh.Stemdiameterwas controledbyapairofmajor genes，andtheheritabilitywaslow.Basedontheresultsof geneticanalysis，a weightedcomprehensive evaluationandscreeningsystmbasedonfuzysimilaritypriorityratiowasestablishedbyDPSdata processngsystm，andtheweighted comprehensive evaluation of F2：3 families was carried out. The application direction of excellent family materials in variety breeding was evaluatedbycomprehensiveevaluation，andwaxymaintainer materials with goodcomprehensivetraitsandphnotypictraitsclose toTX623Bwerescreenedout，whichprovidedamethodbasisandmaterialbasisforsorghumvarietybredingandheterosistilization.
