Abstract:Theaplicationofthree-linehybridwaxysorghuminproductionhadbeenconstrainedbythescarcityofelitewaxymaintainer germplasm resources.To rapidly create waxy sorghum maintainer germplasm resources,the F2 segregating population and F2:3 family populationwereconstructedbyusing Aijiaonuoasthealeparentand maintainerline TX623Basthefemaleparent.Theinheritance of sorghumquantitative traitssuchas plant heightandstem diameter wasanalyzedbyusing the majorgene+polygene mixed model. Theresultsshowedthattheplantheightwascontroledbytwopairsof majorgenes,andtheheritabilitywashigh.Stemdiameterwas controledbyapairofmajor genes,andtheheritabilitywaslow.Basedontheresultsof geneticanalysis,a weightedcomprehensive evaluationandscreeningsystmbasedonfuzysimilaritypriorityratiowasestablishedbyDPSdata processngsystm,andtheweighted comprehensive evaluation of F2:3 families was carried out. The application direction of excellent family materials in variety breeding was evaluatedbycomprehensiveevaluation,andwaxymaintainer materials with goodcomprehensivetraitsandphnotypictraitsclose toTX623Bwerescreenedout,whichprovidedamethodbasisandmaterialbasisforsorghumvarietybredingandheterosistilization.
