Effects of different phosphorus levels on the growth and nutrient uptake of flue-cured tobacco

Abstract：TakingtobaccovarietyK326asthetestmaterial，underhydroponicconditions，theefectsoffivephosphoruscocetrations of 0，0.5，1.0，2.0，4.0 mmol/L （calculated as P205 ）on the growth，relative conductivity，antioxidant capacity，plastid pigment contentand absorptionofmainnutrient elementsoflue-curedtobaccoseedlings wereexplored.Theresultsshowedthatphosphorus concentrationsignificantlyectedtheutrientabsorption，gowthanddevelopmentoflue-curedtobacco.Withtheinceasfphosphorusoncentration，thegowthoftbaccoseedlingsfirstincreasedandthentendedtobestable；herelativeconductivityadantioidantcapacityfirstdecreasedandthenincreased；theplastidpigmentcontentandthecontentofainnutrientelementsintobaco leavesfirstincreasedandthendecreased.Whenthephosphorusconcentrationwas2.0mmol/L，thecontentsoflutein，chlorophylla， chlorophyllbandcarotendsereteigestndecontentsftotalitroge，totalposhous，otalpotassiu，totalcalciumn totalmagnesiumintobaccoleavesalsoreachedthehighest.This indicatedthatappropriatephosphorusaplicationwashelpfultoimprovethenutrientabsorptioneficiencyofluecuredtobaccoseedlings，nhanetheirtressresistance，andallviateenvioetal stress，and the concentration of P205 at2.O mmol/L had the best effect on the nutrient uptake of flue-cured tobacco.
