Abstract:Guiua62wasanewpeanutvarietybredbycrossing wildpeanut germplasmArachisdoigoi,withcultivated peanut(ArachishypogaeaL.)ZhongkaiuaN.4,Zhanyou75,nd“21-856"throughinterspecifichbridizationandintra-specifichbridization,combinedwithmultiplegenerationsofdirectionalselectionandpedigreebreedingmethod.Theresultsshowedthat,inthejoint trial of new peanut varieties in Guangxi from 2O19 to 2O2O,the average pod yield of Guihua 62 was 3350.93kg/hm2 ,and the average seed yield was 2 229.30kg/hm2 ,which increased by 1.40% and 4.82% respectively compared to the control Guihua 21;the crude fat content was 54.80% ,and the protein content was 24.80% ;theweight of one hundred fruitswas169.6 g ,withafillingrateof 78.2% theweightofonehundredkernelswas61.2g,withakernelyieldof6.8%.AcordingtoSSRmolecularmarkerdetection,4outof15 pairsof SSR primersamplifieduniquebandsof wildpeanutparents inGuihua62.Insummary,Guihua 62hadhighoil,high yield, stableproduction,moderateresistancetobacterialwiltandust,strongdroughtesistance,wideadaptabilityandexcelenomp hensiv traits,andwascloselyrelated towildpeanut.Itwasregisteredasanonmajorcrop(peanut)bythestate in2O2Oandwassuitable for promotion and planting in peanut production areas in Guangxi.
