Photosynthetic physiological characteristics of different types of rapeseed and their correlation with agronomic traits

Abstract:Forty-fourdiferent typesofrapeseedwereusedasmaterials.Tephotosyntheticidices,chlorophyllcontentandgreen leafareaweremeasuredattheinitialfloweringstage,andtheagronomictraitswereinvestigatedatthematurestage.Thephotosytet iccharacteristsofdiferenttypsofapesedandteirorrelationwithgronomictraitsereanalyed,ndmaterialswithhighet photosyntheticeficiencywerescreenedout.Theresultsshowedthathechlorophyllcontentandnetphotosyntheticateatteiitial flowering stage were in the order of introduced Brassica napus>Brassica juncea > local Brassica napus>Brassica campestris. The net photosynthetic rate of the 44 materials ranged from 2.20 to 11.47μmol/(m2⋅s) ,showing a skewed normal distribution. The net photosyntheticrate of mostmaterialswas 4 4~6μmol/(m2⋅s) ,accounting for 47% of the total materials.Correlation analysis showed that the net photosyntheticateatthinitialfoweringstageassignficantlypositivelyorelatedwithplanthight,ranchingpositionandumberofsiliquesperplantwihorrelationcoeficentsof.426,34and.89,espectively.Thematealswithghettos theticrateat theinitialfoweringstagewrescreenedout,whichereintroducedBrasicanapusvarietyY16,andBrasscajuncevarieties“94(08)”and“98(O2)”,with net photosynthetic rates of 11.47,10.33 and 11.04μmol/(m2⋅s) respectively.
