Abstract:Theuseofantibioticsisprimarymethodofcombatingbacterialpathogens,whichhasledtoisuessuchasantibioticresidues,enviromentalplution,andtheincreaseimultidrgesistantbacteriatherebycalatingtheifcultyininfectiootro Asnaturalpredatorsofbacteria,acteriophagesoferedapromisingalternativewithsubstantialpotential.Bacteriopageendolysinwas acellwall peptidglyanhydrolasertansglycoidase,nddepolmerassdgadedextracelularatrixplyaccharides,hichehibitedhigheficacyandspecificityinlysingbacterialcels.Thisreviewsummarizedrecentadvances inendolysinanddepolyerase fromVibriobacteriopagesandteirapplicatiosinpathogencontrol.Teimastoprovideinsightsandrferencesforresearsdeveloping novel,eco-friendly antibacterial agents.
