Biological characteristics and whole genome sequencing analysis of Naematelia aurantialba T-1

Abstract:ThesporesofNaemateliaurantialbaT-1wereusedastheexperimentalmaterial.ThebiologicalcharacteristicsofNematelia urantialbawere studied,anditswholegenomewassequencedandanalyzed.Theresultsindicatedthatheoptimalcarbon sourceforT-wassucrose,theoptimalnitrogensourcewaspeptone,theoptimalinorganicsaltwaspotassumchloride,theostsuit able pH was 7,and the optimal inoculation amount was 108 cells/mL. The sequencing quality of the genomic bases was between 35 and 40,which wasrelativelygood.The ATandGCbasecontents wererelativelyuniform,andthesequencingresultswerenormal. ThroughK-merfrequencyanalysis,thesizeof heT-genomewasdeterminedtobe26612159bp.After thesequencingdatawere assembled,it was shown that the N5O value was relatively high,and the GC content was 56.45% . The display of the genome using Circos software indicated that the full-length of the T-1 genome was 18 180 385 base pairs,with a GCcontent of 56.46% . The genome wasdividedinto1Ocontigs.ThephylogenetictreeshowedthatT-1wasmostcloselyclusteredwithNaemateliaurantialbastrans. TheGOfunctionclasificationwasannotatedintothre majorcategories,mongwhichtegnesivolvedinbiologicalprocssswere themost.AftercomparisonwiththeKEGGdatabase,atotalof4O96genes wereannotatedintofivemajor metabolicpathways,among which the genes involved in metabolic pathways were the most.
