Performance assessment of rural tourism poverty alleviation in ethnic areas in the post-poverty era from the perspective of residents’perceptions： Taking Zhaosu County in Xinjiang as an example

Abstract：Twenty-twospecificindicators wereselected toconstructtheindexsystemforassessngtheperformanceofruraltourism povertyallviationinZaosuCountyofXinjiangromthethreedimensionsofeconomy，ocietyandecology.Hierarchicalanalysiswas usedtocalculatetheweightsoftheindicators，andthefuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmethodwasusedtoquantitativelyassthe performanceofruraltourismpovertyallviationin ZhaosuCountyincombinationwiththequestionnairedata.Theresultsshowedthat thecomprehensiveperformanceofruraltourismpovertyallviationinZhaosu Countywasatamediumlevel，withascoreof76.36In eachdimension，theperformanceoftheconomicdimensionwasataighevel，withscoreof8O.5O，ankingfirst.Thepefoanc esoftheecolgicaldimensionandthesocialdimensonwerbothatmedimlevel，withscoresof73.44and71.52respectivelyThe overallperformancescoreofZhaosuCountywaslow，ndthereasalotofroomforimprovementandenancementoftepovertylleviationwork inruralturism.Inordertoimprove theperformanceofZhaosuCounty’stoursmpovertyallviationanduraltourismpoverty allviationwork，ZhaosuCountyshouldstrengthenthegoverment’ssupervisionandgudanc，implementacurateandfficient assistance，broadenpublicityhals tohanethsibiltyoftelocalcommunity，rotetthetaditioalulturefteloalommunitycreatespeciisdtoursmproductsnddretotologicalprotectiodgovernancetprootethsustaiabledevelopment of rural tourism.
