Construction of evaluation index system for the development level of new-type rural collective economy

Abstract：Basedogroundedtheory，argeamountofliteraturewasreviewed，relevantindicatorswerescreened，ndfilythe AnalyticHierarchyProcesswasusedtodeterminetheweightsofeachindicator.Theresultsshowedthattheevaluationindexsystefor thedevelopmentlevelofthene-typeuralcollectiveeonomymainlyconsistedof threefirst-levelindicators：Operationmanism， developmentapproach，andsupervisionmechanism，along withninesecond-levelindicators.Amongthem，four indicators，namely stableoperationode，ndustrialintegrationevelopnt，tealsupervisiondextealsupervsionadthegeatestcto thedevelopmentleveloftenew-typeruralcollectiveeconomy.Strategiesforimprovingthedevelopmentlevelofthenew-typerural collective economy were proposed from three aspects.

发展壮大新型农村集体经济，既顺应农业农村现代化发展的需求，也是实现农业农村共同富裕的必要条件，因而对其发展水平的测度至关重要。（剩余4107字）
