The spatial and temporal heterogeneity and obstacle factors of the coupled and coordinated development of new-type urbanization and agricultural economy in Henan Province

Abstract：Taking HenanProvinceastheresearchobject，theentropymethodandacouplingcoodinationmodelwereapledtoanalyzethedevelopmentlevelsandcouplingcoordinationbetweennewurbanizationandagricultural economyin Henan Provincefrom 2012to202.Onthisbasis，anobstacledegreemodelwasusedtoexaminetheconstrainingfactorsafectingtheircoupledandcoordinateddevelopment.TheresultsshowedthathedevelopmentlevelsofbothnewurbanizationandagriculturaleconomyinHenan Province generallyshowedanupwardtrendduringthestudyperiod，withnewurbanizationprogresingatafasterpacethanagricultural economy，andsiificantrgioaldispaitiereoundbetweentheto；intersoftemporalvartion，tecouplingcoodiatidegree generallyshftdfrombingontevergeofimbalanetoprimayoordinaton.Spatiallitexibitedapateofhighercoodinationinthesouthandlowerinthenorth；themaiobsaclefactorsafecting thecordinateddevelopmentofnewurbanizationndagicultural economyin Henan Province were：Thenumberof public transportationvehiclesper1Oopeople，percapita park green spacearea，cropsownarea，thenumberofagriculturalemployees，andoutputofmajoragriculturalproducts.Inlightofthesefindings，thestudyproposedthefollwingcountermeasurestopromotecoordinateddevelopmentbetwennewurbanizationandgricultural economyin HenanProvince：Developinlinewithlocalconditionstoenhancetheircoordination；leveragetheradiating ffectofadvancedcitiestodriveregionalcoordinateddevelopment；expandpercapitaparkgreenspaceandenhanceurbanpublicservicecapacity； stabilize crop cultivation acreage to propel agricultural modernization.
