The influence effect and mechanism of agricultural production trusteeship on farmers’green production： An empirical study based on Shandong Province

Abstract：Basedonthesurveydataofrmers’crop rusteeshipinShandong Province，theimpactofagriculturalproductiotrusteeshiponfarmers’gree production was empiricallanalyzedbyusing thePSM（Propensityscore matching）methodandthe mediatingeffect model，andthemediatingrolesofgren-technologyadoptionandpeerefectintheinfluencingmechanismwerefurtherexplored.Theresultsshowedthattechnicalandscaleefectscouldbegeneratedbyagriculturalproductiontrusteship，withfarers’ grenproductiodirectly promoted.Moreover，ahigherdegreeof promotionofgenproductionwasachievedbyfulltrustesiper vice than bysemi-trusteshipservice.Farmers’greenproductioncouldalsobepromotedbyagricultural productiontrusteeship through green-technologyadoptionandperefect，meaning thatmediatingoleswereplayedbygreentechnologyadoptionandpeer effect.Heterogeneitywasfoundinagriculturalproductiotrusteeshipregardingdiferentoperationscalesandwhetherfamilymmbers engagedinpart-timejob.Specificall，abeterpromotionefectonthegreenproductionoffarmerswithsmallscaleoperatiosnd families with migrantworkerswasexertedbyagriculturalproductiontrusteeship.Therefore，farmersshouldbeencouragedtoactively participateintrusteeshipservices.Trainingontheaplicationofgreentechnologiesshouldbeconductedwiththeelpoftrusteshipor ganizations，and a sound quality-standard system for trusteeship service organizations should be established.
