Evaluation of main quality traits of 28 colored wheat germplasms

Abstract：Toselectexcellentgermplasmofcoloredwheat（TriticumaestiumL.），thequalitytraitsof28coloredwheatvarieties （lines）were measuredandanalyzedwithYangmai27asthecontrol.Theresultsshowedthatthereweresignificantdiferences in doughstabilityie，formatintie，ndfloursetlingvaleamongthe28colordwheatvarieties（lines），withtevaatioageof 1.53-9.13min，.9-2.93min，and9.O3-43.87mL，respectively.Whilethere wererelativelysalldiferenesingainblkdsity， flouryieldanddoughwaterabsorptionateamongthevarieties（lines）.Thequalityraitsofcoloredwheatfromdiferentsourcearied greatly.Theesultsofcorelationanalysisshowedthatteproteincontentwasextremelysignificantlypositivelycorrelatedwiththewet glutencontent，formationtimeandsedimentationvalue.Thewetglutencontentwasextremelysignificantlypositivelycorelatedwith theformationtie.Thesedimentationvaueasextreelysignificantlypositivelycorelatedwiththeflouryield.Thestabilittiewas extremelysignificantlypositivelycorelatedwitheformationtieandwaterabsorptionate.Tewaterabsorptionrateasetrmely significantlyposiivelycorrlatedwiththeflourield.Troughsreening，omparisonandcusteranalysisofrelevantindicator，tas suggested to strengthen the breeding of ANoO4，ANOO8 and AN006.
