Evaluation of main quality traits of 28 colored wheat germplasms

Abstract:Toselectexcellentgermplasmofcoloredwheat(TriticumaestiumL.),thequalitytraitsof28coloredwheatvarieties (lines)were measuredandanalyzedwithYangmai27asthecontrol.Theresultsshowedthatthereweresignificantdiferences in doughstabilityie,formatintie,ndfloursetlingvaleamongthe28colordwheatvarieties(lines),withtevaatioageof 1.53-9.13min,.9-2.93min,and9.O3-43.87mL,respectively.Whilethere wererelativelysalldiferenesingainblkdsity, flouryieldanddoughwaterabsorptionateamongthevarieties(lines).Thequalityraitsofcoloredwheatfromdiferentsourcearied greatly.Theesultsofcorelationanalysisshowedthatteproteincontentwasextremelysignificantlypositivelycorrelatedwiththewet glutencontent,formationtimeandsedimentationvalue.Thewetglutencontentwasextremelysignificantlypositivelycorelatedwith theformationtie.Thesedimentationvaueasextreelysignificantlypositivelycorelatedwiththeflouryield.Thestabilittiewas extremelysignificantlypositivelycorelatedwitheformationtieandwaterabsorptionate.Tewaterabsorptionrateasetrmely significantlyposiivelycorrlatedwiththeflourield.Troughsreening,omparisonandcusteranalysisofrelevantindicator,tas suggested to strengthen the breeding of ANoO4,ANOO8 and AN006.
